The lineup of entertainment is listed on the HighLifeStyle website Entertainment tab. There is also special added entertainment for VIPs, Exhibitors and Hotel Guests.

The programming will be diverse, cover many aspects of cannabis and how it relates to the creative arts, medicine, politics, entrepreneurism and small business. The goal is getting a conversation going about cannabis growers and develop a business model similar to Craft Brewing that opens up business to more MA residents, brings more cannabis business into the legal status and generates more tax dollars.

Yes re-entry is permitted although you must be wearing your wristband to be on property.

Massachusetts laws regarding consuming cannabis will be enforced. The Hotel will be cannabis friendly outdoors under Massachusetts laws during the weekend since no one will be allowed on the private property that is under 21 years of age.  There is no smoking or vaping inside the hotel.  Anyone who smokes indoors will be ejected without a refund.  The hotel conference center does not allow outdoor food and liquor to be brought in to be consumed on site other than Hotel guests who can bring in food and drink, but only if kept and consumed in their personal hotel room.

There is no buying or selling of buds or any THC products at the event.  All MA state laws must be followed.

Yes, the Hotel will have easily accessible, quality, quick service food available all weekend, and there will be a few niche food vendors on site.  The Hotel has a full service restaurant and bar that will be only open to VIP admission holders and Hotel Guests.

No one under 21 years of age allowed on property. Also NO illegal substances, outside alcoholic beverages or food, glass bottles, coolers, weapons, skateboards, bikes, hoverboards, scooters, rollerblades, professional photo video equipment (unless approved press), children, pets or other animals (except certified service animals), unapproved pamphlets, handouts, promotional or marketing materials.

Best would be to buy an Exhibitor Space or VIP Event Package to secure a room at the host Hotel, The Boxboro Regency, as early as possible.
Once we sell out of rooms, the hotel has a sister hotel, The Westford Regency, about 8 miles away which will be able to accommodate our overflow.
It is a leaf peepers' holiday weekend in New England so be prepared in your travel plans.

There are no refunds exchanges. The event is rain or shine. Admission is to the entire conference and not for a specific performer, vendor or any programming. Entertainment lineup is subject to change.
